Any alternative to securing the rear long arm brackets after a few flag nuts snapped off?

Thanks

Im gonna try to make new ones that are a little bit thicker. I had the same problem with 1 of mine bending after it was half way tightened. What a PITA it was to get that out. Rough Country charges $5 a piece for those weak things.

The threads were full of paint on mine so after bending the first one I cleaned the rest with a tap, no more problems.

This may be a complete coincidence that its happening a couple days after I put my lift on, but I started to get a grinding/rubbing noise from under my drivers seat while I accelerate. Any ideas if what it could be? TC issues?

Take off your front drive shaft and see if the noise goes away.

I broke one on the rear and called them up to get a replacement. They overnighted me a whole bag of them for free. So I have like 9 spares now

Thanks! I am like 95% of the way done with the install except they didn't send me the metal bushing for the heim joint on the track bar so that is the only thing holding me up! Kinda frustrated!

I set my lower rear arms and my upper arm to the lengths that came in the instructions, but I think they are too long. My upper and lower spring perches aren't lined up. It looks like my rear axle is too far back. Is it just me? Or does this loom wrong?
