Greetings and looking to buy

I've been lurking for a few weeks now. I am looking at a clean 2002 Overland that has been through three owners. It has been maintained fairly well from what I can tell from the info I have been provided. I am sitting on the fence though because it has 212 miles on the odometer and all of the stories about dropped valve seats has me a bit gun shy. The last thing I want to do is buy a time bomb. A lot of the mileage is highway from what I am being told. I guess I am looking for some advice or validation from a community that knows jeeps. This would be my first.
