good jeep tuner????

so im looking at this tuner called Innovate Motorsports OT-2 OBD-II Scanner & WiFi Interface does anyone know if it actually tunes or adds horsepower or anything???

Never heard of that but Superchips flashpaq is in mine and you can definitely feel it. Worth the money for sure.

That's just an OBD scanner.

a $10 Elm327 bluetooth unit will do 99% of what that will.
