Mine are loose enough to adjust, but I ordered a JKS tie rod and hd ends anyhow.
Stock is too thin to trust on some of the rocks I wanted to try..

I always use silglyde on the threads of TREs. It helps keep water from rusting them, don't know about salt though(California )
