Front Upper Spring Retainers Needed?

I got a set of IRO front upper spring retainers and I'm debating selling them or just running them. I'm on 4" of lift with Zone fixed lowers and RE adj uppers. If I disco, would I flex enough to lose a spring without being on LA's?

I've heard of it happening quite a bit to guys with the 4" IRO kit. Do you have retainers on the bottom of some sort?

edit: Just read you were on long arms. I would say to run them for sure.

Sorry, no, I'm not on long arms.
I have Zone fixed lowers and RE adj uppers (both are short arms).

I knew for sure if I had LA's I'd want them, but not sure about where I'm at.
I don't have lower retainers at this point, no.
