Front growl Left turns
Hey,

My 99 Grand is growling when making hard left turns. It doesn't do it turning right, but does left. Not immediately but after 10 to 15 feet it starts growling. Its not lurching like it's in 4WD just making a noise. CV boots are in good shape. It has quadra drive, is it the viscous coupling engaging? CV joint? Bearing? Suggestions on things to look for? It sounds like it's coming from the front.

Have you changed your right tie rod end recently? I ask because I had a similar problem when I bought a tie rod end that wasn't contoured correctly & it would rub against the stock, right rim on left turns.

No front end work - 160,000 miles and it's still all original believe it or not - still tight too.
