Driver Door Broken Wire more specific question

Seems like there have been a few threads lately about the usual broken ground wire in the driver door boot lately. This happened to me a little while ago and I fixed the obvious cut wire. About the same time this happened my rear driver window quit working. Seeing theses new thread got me wondering if these are related or just coincidence. Is there also a wire from the driver door that goes to control the rear window that could still be broken and I missed it? The rear door lock still works and can be controlled from the front driver switch.
