DPA/steering link question

I just installed a 3in iro kit on my 02 grand. The lift is awsome, other than the fact that i live in michigan and everything is rusted and was a pain in the *** to take off. But i went to get an alighnment after i did my install, and the mechanic who was gonna do it said he couldnt, becuase the "bar"(i dont think its the draglink) that runs from the pitman arm is all rusty or w.e. Now he also said i need a drop pitman arm so that my steering wheel will alighn back to where it should be. Ill proly buy the IRO 1in DPA IRON ROCK OFF ROAD: WJ Drop Pitman Arm . Now if you guys could help me to make sense of this, and possibly give me a no B.S assesment of what needs to be bought and what dosnt. If possible state where the stuff could be purchased.

P.S i just stuck with the IRO trac bar, i dont have the JKS adjustable. If buying the JKS adjustable trac bar will fix my problems including centering my steering wheel, then just let me know, cus thats a fairly simple solution.

Get some sort of adjustable trackbar whether it be iro, jks etc... No drop pitman arm once you sqP in the adjustable trackbar. Centering the steering wheel is as simple as extending the draglink. If it's rusted and can't be adjusted, that's a minor issue.
