Door Hinge?

I think I snapped the thing thats between the top and bottom hinges in my 2000 Grand. Does anyone know what this is called, or where I can get it besides the dealer. Its the thing made of plastic that holds the door open. It makes a popping sound, and the door (passenger) is binding when you open and close it. If I put my finger on it, and open and close the door a little, you can feel that its whats making the noise.

I've replaced that on another car (chevy van), but not on a WJ yet. Stuff like that I get from a junk yard.

Have you tried spraying some silicon lube on it? If it's like most, there's a roller in there somewhere. I'll check in my FSM for details.

Here's what the FSM says:

FRONT DOOR CHECK
REMOVAL
(1) Remove trim panel.
(2) Remove waterdam.
(3) Remove speaker.
(4) Remove screws attaching door check to A-pillar.
(5) Remove nuts attaching door check to door.
(6) Remove door check through speaker location hole.

INSTALLATION
(1) Position door check on door through speaker location hole.
(2) Install nuts attaching door check to door.
(3) Install screws attaching door check to A-pillar.
(4) Install speaker.
(5) Install waterdam.
(6) Install trim panel.

Yeah, i've tried spraying it, i'm pretty sure its cracked inside the door. I had the one on the drivers side go a little while ago, and the part was like $35 at the dealer, but I want to try to find it on the internet and hopefully get it cheaper.
