Dome lights arent working

Ever since I got my 99 wj limited last year the done lights have never worked. None of the lights on the roof of the interior work but weirdly the lights in the door work just fine. Is there a fuse that could possibly be blown? How could I troubleshoot this?

Make sure to check your cargo area light if I remember correctly there is something with that bulb that effects all the other overhead bulbs.

I know when I installed my LED lights that one could not be replaced with a LED or all the lights stayed on so something is going on circuit wise with it.
