Coolant Won't Drain!!!
I was trying to do a coolant flush on my 00 JGC today, so i took off the radiator cap, got the drain pan ready, and opened the drain plug.........nothing. It won't flow out. I took off the coolant bleed fitting, and it still won't drain. It has the drain plug with a hose coming out the bottom. The drain valve only turns a quarter turn and then stops. Any Ideas?

Yank off the lower radiator hose. Then once the fluid is out you will have to determine if the lower portion of the radiator is clogged? A new radiator is not such a bad thing. It keeps your trany cool as well; plus hot summer days are just around the corner
