Wj Condensation Question

I am in the middle of flushing my coolant, currently waiting for engine to cool down, and I have noticed a ton of water coming from what I think is the condensation drain sticking out of the firewall on the passenger side. Now I know that when running the A/C there is usually the condensation draining from there but I have never noticed it with the heat on. I also usually don't blast the heat all the way while idling like I have been today. This is gonna be a stupid question but is this normal when the heat is on or is it gonna piss out coolant once I put that in?
