Clunking sound over bumps

I recently change my shocks out for Monroe Sensatrac shocks.... which I have been very please with! However even after I changed the shocks I still hear a groan/thud when I go over large bumps. What could this sound be and where should I lube up the joints to possibly cure the problem? Could it possibly be a bushing and how hard would these be to replace? Where is the best qaulity and lowest price to obtain these if it may be the problem?

2001 Grand Cherokee Limited 107k
