clink sound on front driver side wheel?

My 02 wj makes this sound when I go over the smallest bumps, it sounds like 2 coins hitting eachother. Mostly on street bumps and un even roads. It also makes like rubbin sound on tires when I turn . Any idea what it might be ? I have 245/65/17s if it helps

Could be a combo of worn Tie Rod Ends and bad wheel bearing hubs. To check the TREs have someone move the steering wheel back and forth while you look underneath for odd/loose movement.
