Clicking noise

I have 04 wj with a 3inch lift. When I'm in 4x4 and 4x4 only I get a clicking noise coming from under my jeep. As for my set up its a 242 select trac with the Rezeppa-fixed yoke. I no that they do go out. I have 128,000 on my wj. I saw that the boot on the rezeppa part looks like it ripped by the transfer case. Any thoughts?

If the boot is ripped, good chances, it's making noise, but it'll get worse once the greast is all thrown out of it.

Is there anyway to make sure that it is that?

Take the front driveshaft out. If the noise goes away, then you know it's the issue. Had an issue I thought was to do with the driveshaft. It's how I found out I was right.
