Cant seem to fix my jeep :(

I I have a loud humming coming from the back end of my WJ and I finally came to the convulsion the wheel bearing was going out (cause of the leaking) got it replaced and it's still humming.... Almost like a grinding ?
Any ideas?

2002 WJ 4.8L NV247


2002 Jeep WJ 4.7L V8 247 transfer case.
6.5" rustys lift.

Did you look at the diff and shaft joints?

Diff fluid is good. I drained and filled it.

2002 Jeep WJ 4.7L V8 247 transfer case.
6.5" rustys lift.

Did you put the limited slip fluid in? And what the rear drive shaft? Check the joints.

Yeah I did all that. Which joints?

Sounds like carrier and pinion bearings. Very common issue.

Yep. Id be willing to bet on pinion bearing(s). It was most likely run pretty dry at somepoint, and the bearings paid the price.

Is it broken?
