buying an 03 overland tomorrow, questions

hey guys,

we are buying an 03 overland tomorrow, jeep is in immaculate condition. 186k on clock, all highway. one owner, service records from jeep dealer since new.

i plan on getting the ome lift, and kolak exhaust.

heres where my questions come into play.

what is the general go to tuner for these jeeps? anyone ever heard of hemifever? he uses sct tuners, i used him to tune my built 360 magnum.

as far as intakes go, i plan on taking the k&n drop in out of our zj, and using it in our wj, or buying an afe cai.

as far as performance goes, thats all im doing for now.

any of you have a brand of seat covers in mind? i want to keep the interior in the showroom condition that its in. i have 2 young kids, and a dog that will be in the jeep on an almost daily basis.

any other things, cosmetically, or anything else that can be done to these jeeps?

we never ended up doing anything to oour zj, as rust got the better of it.

thanks guys!

Excellent choice. Consider the Bilstein 5100 series shocks from Kolak as well.

Many here buy the Superchips tuner from Kolak. Some have good results while others wonder if it really helps. Do a bit of searching here in the WJ forum for more information.

K&N isn't a great choice. It lets too much dirt in. Here is some data for you to look over. Air Filter Test Data
