Burning grease smell

I have a 2004 4.0L Special Edition 2WD. Whenever I turn the AC or heat on if the car is idling it smells like burning grease coming through the vents. When the vehicle is in motion the smell goes away. But, when I park and turn the car off the burning smell is present when I get out of the car. Any ideas as to what could cause the burning grease smell? I was told a few months ago that I had a tiny oil leak but I have not noticed any oil drips in my drive way and my oil gauge hasn't drifted in 2 months since my last oil change. Any suggestions would be appreciated
