bump steer getting worse

after i installed 3/4 spacers on to of my 3 inch IRO been haveing bump steer problems. but its only when i hit a bump on the passenger side that makes my steering wheel jerk back and forth then settle after a few seconds

Sounds like the beginning stages of DW. Mine did the same at 2.75" of lift. Check your TRE's and Ball Joints. Also, check your Track Bar and make sure it's nice and tight/the bushings aren't flexing too much.
