Bent transmission crossmember

Can some body tell me if i should replace this? It really bothers me how bad it looks but is does not affect the way the jeep functions in any way. I would like to get someones opinion as to what i should do about this, if anything.

The crossmember looked like this when I bought it two years ago and the PO said he hit a basketball-sized rock that was in the middle of the road traveling at 70mph

I had it check out by my preferred mechanic before I bought it, and he said that it shouldnt pose a problem if it had not already. Its been like this for close to 50,000 miles.

I'll be the lone voice of insanity and say leave it the hell alone. If it's been like that for 50k miles you're probably more likely to get into trouble changing it as leaving it (like when you find out the impact stretched your transmission 2" and the new crossmember doesn't line up ). Must have been a helluva bang.

That what i was thinking lol but i just looks so bad!!! and yeah he said he thought he drove over a landmine when it happened
hahaha

P.s. the thing that amazes me is the rock did not hit the the front differential because the impact spot on the crossmber is almost perfectly lined up with it
