At this point I've pretty much replaced everything in the AC system. Well it just got new radiator and fan. Opened up the hood after driving around today, Saw this. Now to be fair, it wasn't very hot today, just humid. So I was running A/C all day. This ok?

I've never had it do this, and I'm wondering if the old fan was not pulling its fair share. And now that it has all new AC system and good fan, its working overtime. At least I can put my A/C issues behind me. lol

That's quite normal. Super cooled liquid inside metal pipes that are exposed to ambient air temperature will cause severe frosting on said pipes. Look at the inside of a mini fridge the first time its turned on. Same thing happens in a few minutes of running.

Well thats good to hear. Means my A/C system wasn't getting enough air flow. Man can't wait till the next hot day to see if there is any difference.

You should see a huge difference on a hot day. I just had my a/c evac'd and refilled today. It was 92* here in Houston and my hard lines were sweating like a whore in church.

Lol. Something my grandmother used to say. We called her granny goodwitch, she was a funny/brutally honest woman. I hope your a/c woes are resolved. Good luck!
