Wj AZC display issue

I have been researching on this issue for a while now but I haven't found anyone have the similar issue.

AZC display illuminate very weak sometime. it is like not enough power. I always set AC on and air flow to the body. When it happens the air flow is acting weird sometime in hot day it blows hot air and sometime it blows to the feet or to windshield. Then after a while driving the display illuminate much stronger then the cold air blow out to the body.

when the display is dim, I go to diagnostic mode it displays too. Sometime I cant even the digits display.

is there anyone have the same issue? if you do, how you fix it?

many thanks
