A Arm spacer install help

This part came from rock crawler with no instructions whats so ever, it doesnt seem like a hard job. just need some pointers. also seems like the only tool that would fit to get to the bolts is a wrench?? those bolts are on there sooo tight not to mention i think they are metric and i dont have the right size wrench. could someone give me the size needed??

Thanks

Get the body up as high as you can on stands (under the body) to give yourself as much room as possible. You may need a jack under the nose of the diff to turn the axle a bit to line the holes up. Its a simple job, just not much room to work.
