I didn't get one in the mail, but it did pop up when I registered mine on the Jeep website. I contacted my local dealer and have yet hear back from them. I guess I'll have to print it off and just go up there.

i got mine about 4 months and have followed up with my local jeep dealer several times and they have yet to receive any of the components to replace/fix the problem. Im a little nervous because my air bag light comes on and off several times a day. Im just waiting for my air bag to deploy. Lets hope it don't..

sounds like you need to replace your clockspring. Very common.

You know I didn't even think that could be an issue. I just assumed that it was due to the airbag issues. I will have to do some research on replacing the clockspring. I recall seeing a write up on here somewhere. Thank you for bringing this to my attention.

What years are effected? Still haven't done the fan recall yet either. Mine hasn't flown apart yet though.

Exactly. That's what I thought when I got mine.. so what they're telling me is my airbags are screwed but they can't do anything about it.. yet.

I feel sorry for the poor guy picking his nose while an inadvertent deployment happens.. Danm that's going to leave a mark!
