Air Conditioning woes

Ladies and Gentlemen,

I have a 2001 WJ. Dual Zone Automatic Temperature Control AC. New Blower motor. New Blower motor resistor module.

When I set the AC to blow out of the top vents, I hardly get any air. There is somewhat decent pressure coming out of the passenger side center vent. The other three top vents are useless.

My AC is throwing code 52 - AI (Recirc) door travel range too large.

Any clues on how to fix this problem?

Thanks!
Bill

I will respond to this to bump it up the list do maybe some limited or overland owners can help you. I have a Laredo so I do not have the dual climate but....

I do know that people have ALOT of issues with that system. Luckily, from what I have seen almost every problem you can fix yourself for a relatively inexpensive cost.

Good luck ! I'm sure someone here will help you!
