99 WJ skipping

I have a 99 wj. It is skipping and sputtering and wanting to stall but only after it gets heated up and running for a while. I am getting two codes p0352 and p0353. I have replaced crankshaft sensor cam sensor and distributor and the coil is fairly new. Still the same problems. What else could it be??

I have had brand new coils turn up bad. Swap them around and figure out which ones are needing to be replaced.
