99 WJ With front wheel vibration at 50mph no more ideas

I just bought my first jeep Its a 99 GC Laredo With the 4.7 quadra trac i had noticed that the front axel cv joints were bad so i replaced the two front axels both wheel bearings my self to all torque specs and had the front wheels balanced and switched sides at farm and fleet while also having them check the front end for any looseness tie rod ends ect and they found it all to be tight. Right now i currently have the front drive shaft off to help weed out the problem. The Front brakes are in good condition with a lot of life left. But when i am going down the road at 47-50 mph it will shake real bad every other speed i can hardly notice it except for when its shaking and i start to apply the brakes it gets ten times worse and almost shakes me off the freakin road i say WTF and i have run out of ideas what should i check and any ideas you have would greatly help me. Thanks Again

The front Axel shafts have cv joints that go bad and the rotors are part of the brakes that the brake pads squeeze to stop they can warp if they get hot or crack
