99 WJ bump steer
1999 grand cherokee 4.0L just installed rough country 4 inch lift with the adjustable track bar and had it alinged i got the lower control arms at 16inch center to center as per the instruction now I got bump steer the leads into DW , so tonight i adjuster the control arms thinking it was a caster problem but that wasn't it but now when i hit the brakes the jeep pulls to the right so i took it back to my shop and checked of anything loose nothing. I used a magnet angle finder to get the right degrees on the front rear but that didn't help so I put it back to 0 degrees. My question is why does it pull to the right and it never did before i screwed with the control arms.

Could be one LCA is longer than another, making it track to one side. Its hard to measure 16in on those arms because they have they bend in them. If you jeep is on level ground put your angle finder on the bottom of the ball joint and you should be around 5deg. Both side should be as close as possible. Also make sure your track bar is adjusted right.
