here's a budget boost build which costed $50 that being the tires, the rest was fabed up from junk laying around the yard, enjoy :cheers2:

I saw a similar home fabbed BB on a totaled ZJ @ the junk yard. Good luck, hope you don't have the same fate.

Howiedooit 07-10-2010 05:27 PM

good, that's where them zj's belong

If you have the junk laying around you might as well use it. If your happy and safe that all that matters. Thanks for recycling!

What size pipe did you use and do you have more pics of where you welded it in?

I can't remember the exact size of pipe, unless you're quite confident in your welding skills and don't intend on selling your jeep at some point I wouldn't recomend doing this mod. However I can sort out some detailed pics in a couple days and send them to you if you'd like as well as specs on pipe and so on. as for the tires kijjiji is where I found them. and to myjeeplovesmud I think your jeep is incredibly well rounded and overall one of the nicest wj's iv'e seen on here, that should have been a factory colour:thumbsup:

myjeeplovesmud 07-13-2010 11:56 PM

thanks bud, but my jeep is steel blue, it's just a picture i photoshoped and played with the colors.
