4in WJ Rough Country Lift

I ordered the 4inch rough country lift for my 2000 WJ and it just came in a few days ago. I dont see many guys going with a Rough Country Lift. It was the cheapest and I'm only 18 and cant afford much so thats why I bought it. Did I make a bad decision?

You tell me, do you like it? Does it ride like you want it to? Did you feel the price was fair?

I think it is a new kit, so there has not been much feedback posted.

I havent put it in yet, I was just trying to see what peoples thoughts were about it. I'm putting it in a week from tomorrow because I'm pretty busy until next weekend.

Just remember that it is a basic kit and things will need to be added. The rear upper control arm bracket sounds dangerous, along with the front tracbar bracket. When I installed my RC lift I added things such as adjustable tracbars and front upper adjustable control arms. These will eventually be needed.

You get what you pay for. And just about everyone that lives around me has RC lifts on their trucks.

I looked at that lift closely over the past week & ended up ordering a Zone Lift, instead. I just didn't like the idea of bracketing stuff downward, instead of installing the correct pieces. I was ready to do the RC lift on Sunday night. After sleeping on it one final night, I ordered the Zone on Monday AM. Just my .02

I have the front installed, it went in nicely. I did have a shock bushing fitament issue, after contacting Zone I had a new set of bushing the next morning. Their customer service has been excellent.

Mainly because you are at 4" without adj. control arms or long arms and/or a rear a-arm spacer. And it also depends on if you upgraded the shocks or not.
