45rfe transmission swap

So I recently run into some issues, turns out the rear output shaft and bearings are bad in my trans and it wines to high hell. It's a 99 4.7 with 80k miles. I recently located a few 45rfe transmissions with low miles. However, I've come to find out that Theres a possibility that the 99 wj will o Lu take the 45rfe from another 99. I can't find any actuall info on this. Something to do with the governor sensor and transisitransistor a. And it'll lock you out of od. Any input would help.
