4.7 timing chain help

'99 4.7 Just did complete over haul. Had knock,upper right front side. removed front cover and valve cover. turning engine by hand ,I notice right secondary chain goes loose on top side when a cam lobe crosses center and snaps cam snaps forward a little. Chain then slaps against upper guide and makes the knock. engine runs,timing ok tensioner working . Any Ideas. Thanks

mine does the same thing every once in awhile it goes away and comes back any simple fix for this?
