Got the mod done and it looks and works great. Jeep should have done that from the factory! It could have been part of the "Trail Rated" requirement to allow you to carry more gear!

Will be doing this soon as I have the seats down most of the time. Quick question how do you keep the seat belt connections? from leaving huge indentions on the seat back.

I was referring to the part the seat belts click into, but can't remember the correct term for them. I have leather seats, and any time I have the seats folded down for any length of time they leave indentions on the seat back.
Oh and what the hell are those things called it is really bugging me. |

i brought one that i had from a bike rack and showed everybody i asked.. they all looked puzzled.. anyone have any suggestions on where to get them? i'll order them online if i have to..

thanks that makes perfect sense I'm an idiot no the seat bottom really doesn't hide much of the seat back if any. The indentions never really go away. bad design I guess. |

My cloth seats have this problem too, that's why I try not to leave them down for any longer than I need to.
