3" lift has finally all arrived

I have finally received all of the components for my 3" OME HD lift and I felt the need to tell everyone because I have been wanting it for 3 months now. I am curious if there is anything people would like me to take pictures of while doing it or to look for while doing it. I know there is a lot of literature out there, but cant hurt to have more and I would be glad to help anyone out.

Create a build thread. That way others that search can use any information they deem worthy.

Before you start the job check the measurements hub to fender and check the same after the installation. The OME HD gave me something like 2" lift compared to the stock height when the Jeep was brand new. Stock measures 18" and after OME HD it sits at 20" with fresh coil isolators all around.

I have heard mixed reviews on this. Kolak has sworn up and down that it will give a 3 inch lift.

I ordered the three inch IRO lift from Kolak. Have gotten my procomp shocks, disconnects, and isolators in. Waiting on my trackbar and the lift kit from IRO. Can't wait to get mine on. Definitely would like to hear about any snags or "gotcha" moments you run into.

My HD kit gained me 2" only. And concerning the MD, as I know OME is having problems matching the front with the rear length and the right with the left, I can't remember exactly what is the issue, but due that issue some vendors when they sell the MD kit they mix MD front with HD rear or vice versa. Google OME MD lift kit for WJ in this forum and you will read about the issue in details.

I would love some info, pictures, or a build thread on this. I am about to put my IRO lift on, just waiting on the Bilsteins! Any help would really be appreciated by me...and I am sure others.

I think 2.75 is reasonable results from a 3" lift. I just have to make sure the 265 75 16s fit.
