2004 Limited 4.0 AWD

Im looking to buy a 04 WJ 4.0 AWD and Im looking for some info on the AWD system, is there anything I should be looking for besides the basics (trans fluid, front and rear diff leakage)? I am familiar with the traditional 4x4 select just not this AWD system. The motor only has 77000 on it and the thing drives very good, fluids all look clean and no rear clunk on acceleration. Thanks!!

What about this? Is the coolant green (wrong)?

The coolant and the rad is obviously mixed and in the bottle as well. Is this a big deal? Should it be flushed and filled with the proper antifreeze?
