2002 GC Overland. error code p1595

"An open or shorted condition detected in the speed control vacuum or vent solenoid control circuits."

what exatly does that mean..

Lost my cruise control a couple weeks ago. I've been doing alot of googleing. From all the reading Ive done It sound like I should have a vacuum leak someplace. Ive followed the line from the throttle body to the cruise unit under the batteries box but all the vac lines look good. I see another line going toward the front bumper from the tee at the cruise unit.. any idea where it goes. Is there a vacuum diagram anywhere on the web. any other spots to look.

Actually, it won't detect a vacuum leak. P1595 is an electrical issue.
