2002 air and heat vents

I was wondering if yall are having problems with the air vent to the left of the dteerign wheel next to the drivers door. It does not seem to be pumping as much air and heat out as the others. Is this supposed to be like this?

The vents farther away from the blower are going to have less flow and volume of air than the two center vents. It's possible there might be some little pieces of foam blocking the airway, or the vent was taken apart at some time and not put all the way back together. You just have to get in there and look.
