2000 Jeep GC 4.7 4x4 General Question from a noobie..please help

Would a front tire that's low on air cause the 4x4 to engage and stay active on a 2000 Jeep GC limited 4.7?

If you have quadradrive it would only engage the differential. Not good as you will wear the clutches.
