03wj wont start. when i get in the vehicle i have no power at all. when i turn the key to any position i have nothing except the gauges will jump. if i sit there and mess with it i will hear clicking in the start position but still no power anywhere(lights heater etc...). then as if divine intervention everything will come on and it it starts right up! what is up with this????

If you're not getting power to anything else with the ignition in the run position then it's not your starter or solenoid.
Maybe your ignition switch is going out?
Definitely make sure your batt connections are super clean and tight. (Don't just rely on outward appearance) And your batt is fully charged.
Battery connection problems can cause a lot of weird stuff.
Just one other thought....Auto Shutdown Relay .....not sure about that one? It controls power to some startup stuff.
If you were getting power to instrument cluster but no start then it would be the starter solenoid. There's also a starter relay in the Power Distribution Center.
