Wj '02 WJ, Electric Seat Don't Work... Thoughts?

Our '02 WJ has bucket front seats that have electric controls on the side of each seat. Unfortunately, not all the switches work. Each seat has three switches, yet if you toggle them up/down, forward/back, they will work one way, but not the other. So my question, does this sound like a motor issue, or switch issue? And if it's a switch, where do I find replacements?

Thanks... Kevin

Most likely sounds like a switch problem. You will need to remove the switches and backprobe the connector to test for power when the switches are pushed. This need to be done with a voltmeter, not a test light. You will probably find power into the switches and not coming out.
