Here are some pictures from Colorado.

I went to the Devils punch bowl, black bear pass and I will be going to Imogene pass tomorrow.

I will post some pictures later this week.

I was the only WK2 between all this modded jeeps.

I can say that my grand Cherokee was way faster that 12 H1 hummers that where holding us back at black bear pass. I think one of them left white paint in one of the rock walls.

One of the switch backs was really scary because one of my rear wheels was 2 feet of the ground and I was very close to the cliff.

The wk2 is very capable but I think it was at the very limit.

rpoverland, did you do Engineer Pass? I was in silverton in May/June. Went through eureka, animas forks and drove engineer pass. I didnt have any other vehicles with me so I didn't do anything more difficult. Also, your spare tire in the back? Do you usually keep it up top or back?

I used to have it in the roof, now I have It in the trunk, I had problems with the signal for my sat radio.

No I didn't go to engineer pass, we focus on the difficult ones lol.

Today I'm going hiking here in telluride and tomorrow we will go to Durango thru Imogene pass.

Nice!! Like I said, I didn't have a vehicle to help if I got into trouble and I didn't want a 4 digit tow bill if something did happen so we stuck to the "not-difficult-trails". We look to go back next year at which time I hope to have a full size spare, OBA and the winch.

I cannot remember your aftermarket tire size, does it fit in the compartment?

Couldn't remember if the rails were RRO or not. But rack is and you have their lift, too, correct?

Edit: RRO have a smaller upper tube. I remember after looking at your pics again. I like that the Mopar ones are little longer giving more protection than the RRO rails.

Looks good ^. Intrigued regarding the 3" lift. You should start a build thread if you plan on modding more!
