Holy Sheit Rubrman! Do you have any rubbing issues with the tire being 1-3/16" larger? How how does the center cap (plastic?) color look in person compaired with the rest of the wheel.

Can you take a couple of pics from the rear and front?
Thanks

NO rub at all!! It's actually amazing. When she came down off the rack, when the package was complete I said to myself there is no way this is going to work. I did a couple figure 8's in the parking lot with the wheel turned to lock out and had no issues. So I put her in entry exit mode so she is fully down, and did the same with no issues. I am still baffled when I look at the front wheels compared to the fender. The centers are plastic and I have never noticed the paint difference. I'm going to be out of town till Monday, so I will take some pics for you when I get back.

I am looking at the same wheel but was only going with a 285/40/22 tire. The ones from tirerack are ET38 with 6.73 backspacing are yours the same? How is the steering feel with the wider tire… do you notice any tramlining?. BTW your rig looks awesome.

That tire size will work also. The only reason I went with the 305's is because I had them laying around from my 07 Tahoe that I sold the wheels on. The ride is just like the stock 18's. No shakes at any speed. I got my wheels from tirerack and thats the exact specs on mine.

3/4 of the way blacked out, removed chrome side trim, painted front grill, rear chrome, and front badging to match wheels, headlight tint. Just have to paint the window trim and roof racks in the next few weeks.

@RUBRMAN: what brand of tail light tint is that? I tried it but wasn't happy with the look I got.

Protimmartin, Can you give us more detail? The wheels look like the American Racing Circuit's, 20x9 ET? what size tire? and...how/what did you paint the chrome with?

Sweet rides. I think this is the wife's next ride. With viper wheels on it. Make it a sorta srt8. She don't wheel so off roading will be my jku. On road duties will be the gc hemi.

Wheels are Dolce DC34 20" on 275/45R20 Falken Ziex. My buddy did the painting - matching the paint to the matte black of the wheels.

I do not think he has tint film it looks like his taillights are painted with nite shade or similar product. I decided against doing the laminex tint film for 2 reasons. Number 1 PITA to install especially the taillights. Number 2 durability would not be very good in the hot florida sun and Uv index of 11 in the summer. I would be astounded if it lasts more than a year or so before it starts to peel off especially the headlights.
