vibrations during acceleration - help

good, I have two problems and I need help with my limited wk2 2011, 5.7 l - 28,000 km, the first is that the steering wheel shakes me between 100 and 120 km / h, only the wheel and feel when I release the steering wheel, vehicle does not shake and if I have not grabbed the steering wheel feels, the second occurs between 155-180 Km / h feel a slight vibration in the car when it accelerated, if I accelerate not vibrate (is a very slight vibration), only when accelerated and happens both manual and automatic ... and perform rotation, tire alignment and balancing twice and still with the problem, in this work noticed that rear shock oil was voting procedure to change both rear shocks, which will not find the problem and I hope someone can help me, greetings
