Uconnect 8.4N USB drive reading problem

I bought in Mexico a brand new GC 2W drive with this new audio system,
I downloded alll my good music into a USB drive and I put it on the USB connector of the car and I was able to get my music , now the USB drive is not recognized no music, I thought the USB drive was screwed up so I bought a brand new one copy my MP3 songs and did not work, the rest is perfect like recognizing my blackberry phone or radio or cd but the USB port suddenly stop working.. Any help will be appreciated.
