Exclamation Uconnect 8.4n Bluetooth

Anyone know why this happens??

If I get a phone call in the car and answer it hands free, everything works as normal....when i turn the car off and switch the audio source from bluetooth back to the phone, the car will stay on, if the radio is on, that will stay on too until you actually hang up the phone or you go out of range with your cell phone, whichever comes first....I was on the phone and when I got home I did just that, and didnt realize that my car was still on for the hour I was still on the phone.

Am i doing something wrong, or is this the way it works??

Have you checked the Uconnect software? The current release is 13.19.0. You can verify your software by Apps/Settings/System Info. There are a lot of issues that this release resolves.

My 8.4n shut the engine off, but the power remained on everything. I haven't updated the SW yet. I still have 13.10.0 in mine. Maybe that is one of the changes?
