I got my 15 Overland updated and cannot complain. No issues. Nothing new, but some improvements: GPS voice is softer, switches functions faster, ability to customize toolbar,... So, no complaints... Do you have problems after upgrade?

I got an update as well for my 14' but all the things they did were improvements, what were you not happy about?

'15 GCO owner. Updated once since new purchase, but can't remember if system automatically notifies upon availability of new update. Anyone clarify? First update was smooth.

Yes, you will get a notification on the screen regarding the update when your GC is running.

No complaints yet on '15 SRT ... although I have been having odd electrical problems since the update. Hmmmm.

Once the update was finished every single setting was gone and we had to pair the phones and start over, For the first day it displayed the SRT logo was dispayed when the car was started (I'm not kidding) but that seems like it fixed itself..

Actually mine did those same things, I just reset everything to how I had it and went on my way.

I'm from Florida taking a road trip to Pa hoping that will trigger the update along the way. Any idea if it will?

I exchanged emails with Uconnect over the past couple of days, asking speciffically when I can expect the OTA software update 17.11.07. Here's their response:

Thank you for contacting the Jeep Customer Assistance Center.

I wouldn't be able to tell you exactly when you will be receiving the update. I apologize.

Uconnect will send out a communication to each customer via email in advance of your vehicle receiving the Over-the-Air Software update so that you know what to expect. It will be sent to the email address used to register for Uconnect Access connected services, or if we have an email address for you on file.
(I am registered)

Due to the nature of Over-the-Air updates, delivery of the actual updates are performed in areas or regions around the country so as not to impact the performance of cellular towers; as such, some areas of the country will get the updates before others. If an update is available for your radio, please be patient while it is delivered.
Sincerely,

Tyler

Customer Service Representative
Jeep Customer Assistance Center

After viewing the various threads in this forum regarding this topic, I've yet to see any 2014's that have been updated. Perhaps I missed them. Anyone with a 2014 been updated?

I guess we just have to wait our turn

According to members on another Jeep forum, the update is being pushed to '14 WK2s. Also, members there have said they did not receive an email before getting the update. Here is a quote from a post on that forum, " I'm in south Louisiana and just received the update for my wife's 2014 Summit as we pulled into the garage tonight. Hope this fixes our on again off again phone and clock issue. BTW I didn't receive any email heads up."

Same here. I think us folks way out west here in California have been forgotten by Sergio and his cronies. But from a lot of folks that have the update with problems, maybe we are actually lucky.
