I want to clarify a few things since a lot of people are not sure what skid plates cover what

#1 - front axle skid plate

#2 - transfer case skid plate

#6 - *don't know the name but it goes in between #2 & #8.

#8 - fuel tank skid plates (plural)

#14 - plastic POS that goes in front of #1

#10 & #17 - I don't know where they go

On this site there are 5 different part numbers and several different prices for the plastic splash shield/skid plate thing (#14). Anyone know which part number is which part and why there are so many?

The three letters usually correspond to an engine. I think ERB is a V6, ESG is the 6.4L V8, EXF is a CRD, EZH is the 5.7L V8. You may find some identical part number with the last letter different. These are revisions to the same part, A being rev 1, B being an updated part, etc. If you plug in your year and model, the right part should be indicated.

Anyone know of a site with good pricing on the set. I'm going to check if my dealer can match it to see if I can save some on shipping.

I think a couple of the forum sponsors over discounted parts, most of the time beating JustforJeeps, who can be quite high.

Skid plates are heavy and large which typically means a significant shipping cost.

Thanks, JFJ gave me pricing to bring to local dealers to try and match. Got a quote for ~$475 incl. tax for the set.
