Shipping and driving USA WK2 on EU roads

Gents, need some help. In few weeks I will be shipping our 2012 JKC to Poland where our journey begins. For some reason I am unable to find concrete info on what happens when I show up at the port. So far i've gathered the following info but I am unsure on its accuracy:

From what i gather, the vehicle is forbidden to drive on EU roads until it passes emission test and modification review. The following modifications are required: a) headlights modification are required from symmetric(N.A.) into asymmetric(EU)
b) rear turning lights need to be yellow
c) rear anti fog lights need to be installed
d) DRL (completed)

Would anyone have any input on any of the above? It seems like it only makes sense to complete b) here as I would have hard time proving a) and c) if it's done here in Canada. Also, are there any places that sell Euro style rear light with yellow turns?

Thanks

Upon further research, it turns out none of the Jeeps on Polish market have orange rear turn lights so i'll take it as in it is not required.
