Question on UConnect 5" latest software

Hi all,
I went to the dealer to have my Laredo re-flash for transmission improvement. At checking in, the service advisor said they would update my Uconnect radio as well. But when I brought the jeep home the software version says 13.26.0, not 13.38.xx as many folks here mention. Question is: do I have the latest version and the dealer realized that therefore they did not apply the update, or they just flat out did not do it at all.

I search the forum for this but did not find an answer. Apologize if this has been asked before.

Thanks

The last update they came out with for the ra2 radio was published 5/1/13. Meanwhile they have updated the 8.4 radios about 5 times since then.
