Plastic cowl cover

This part is located at bottom of the windshield. I noticed mine was bucked up and not lying flush to the windshield anymore after a couple of dealership visits. Turns out that part is removed during the brake booster shield recall work. They replaces the plastic cowl cover free of charge. Anyone know the part number for this? Cannot find it.

Reason I ask: I just left the dealership and while it looks fine, on each side there was a small, thin red piece of paper sticking out. After pulling a bit I found it was actually backing paper for a small sticky adhesive area that needed to be removed. They did not even remove it and "stick" it to the area (painted metal) it needs to be affixed to.

Was just curious and wanted to be able to look at the part online.

Perhaps 05058934AA (SILENCER, Plenum And Dash Panel) . It may come in two pieces.

I should have specified it is located outside the cabin. At bottom of windshield, on the outside. Black. RIGHT below where the vin number shows. The piece actually fits over the wiper arms.

Yes that the number my part book shows for that outside molding type piece.... not saying the parts book is correct.
